Wonderful experience for my kids’ first dental appointment! The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming, making the kids feel completely at ease. The doctor is highly knowledgeable, thorough in her treatment, and truly excellent with children. She’s also great with adults, so it’s a fantastic place for the whole family. Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Mita and her staff. Very attentive, thorough, and progressional. They even found some time to squeeze me in on a weekend to fix a crown with only an hour’s notice.

I cannot recommend enough trooth & Smiles! Like many people, I’ve had some pretty terrible dental experiences in the past, which left me with a genuine fear of sitting in the chair. I had been putting off a visit for a long time because of it. Dr. Mita Jethwani took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. It was a truly pleasant experience and something I never thought I’d say about a dental visit! If you have dental anxiety, this is the place to go.

I've always been anxious about finding a dental office I feel I can trust. Well, I've been coming to Trooth and Smiles for a few years now, and can confidently and comfortably say that they are fantastic. I always feel welcomed, heard, and attended to (especially with regards to relieving my tooth pains). They explain everything in a way that is clear and understandable, and being able to tune out some of the typical dental procedure "asmr" noises with headsets and netflix tvs overhead is a new delight I very much appreciate! I will continue to recommend Trooth and Smiles to my friends and coworkers, and special shoutout to Dr Mita for being both so professional and so kind.

Another great appointment at my beloved dental office Trooth and Smiles in Irvine CA. My hygienist Wendy cleaned my teeth and encouraged me to keep up the good work…no shaming. Dr Mita came in for my exam and also encouraged me and I felt well cared for for the full hour I was there. Jahnavi and Karen at the front desk made my next appt and are always friendly and helpful. I love going to the dentist at Trooth and Smiles!

The best dental experience I’ve ever had, hands down! I recently moved to the area and was very particular about finding the right dentist, especially since my mom was a dental hygienist and set a high bar for care. From my very first visit, I knew I was in the right place. Dr. Jethwani and her team at Trooth & Smiles are incredibly thoughtful, intentional, and genuinely care about their patients. What stands out most is the one-on-one attention you receive. The doctor and hygienist work together to explain everything clearly, walk you through your options, and make sure you feel completely comfortable, even providing a private consultation room where you can discuss treatment plans without the pressure of being in a dental chair. Earlier this year, I was diagnosed with a neck tumor, and Dr. Jethwani went above and beyond by personally connecting with my surgeon to coordinate the best pre- and post-operative dental care. That level of compassion and professionalism is truly rare. The office itself is modern, beautifully decorated (I love her Kobe Bryant tributes 🖤💛), and actually makes you want to be there. Every visit feels relaxed and personalized something I’ve never experienced anywhere else. If you’re in Irvine and want a dentist who genuinely listens, advocates for your health, and makes dental care feel like self-care, this is the place to go!

Dr. Mita and her staff are the absolute best! I have been wanting to write a review re: Dr. Mita for some time. Dr. Mita explains everything so well, so transparent and kind. If you need a great dentist in Irvine; see Dr. Mita! Dr. Mita is located in the Sand Canyon Plaza in Irvine. Plenty of parking and open on Saturdays. She is the very best! Make an appointment today with her; you will not regret it! Great dentist!

I would give this 100 stars if that was possible. Dr. Mita was incredibly helpful and caring. I am a 34 year old male with dental anxiety since my childhood but Mr. Mita's calm, non pushing, non judgmental and welcoming personality made all the difference in making my tooth extraction a quick and painless process. She was very kind, not rushed and the entire office was supportive and helpful. This is the only dentist that I will go to from now on. Thank you Dr. Mita and her staff!
